Karl Lagerfeld has chosen Blake Lively who plays Serena Van der Woodsen on 'Gossip Girl' as the official campaign face for "MADEMOISELLE" handbag line. Her fresh youthful and classy image has convinced Lagerfeld that she is the one who will grace the cover for the line. He describes her as an "American dream girl" and is considered an "Official Ambassador" for the line.

Blake Lively is on the rise with a movie like "The Town" with Ben Affleck and "Gossip Girl" that has captured all sorts of audiences. Her sense of fashion that is sexy and classy at the same time has caught attention of many designers and so much that Lagerfeld has photographed this beauty for the campaign himself. She maybe young but she definitely feels over the moon for this job, more than any job I would say. She has been quoting saying that
