FALL SAMPLE SALE ROUND UP: Part I

This the peak sample sale season where every designer is almost hosting one. Here is the line up of most sales that are happening and stay tuned for future sales.

Yigal Azrouel (Cut 25): Markdown on Men's and Women's clothing

Lots of deals to be had this week… The list is long so pace yourselves!  We thought we’d highlight a few below: 

Let’s start with Thakoon since I attended the preview and can say:  they have amazing deals! Plus, there’s a large selection of merchandise. The offerings are mostly samples and runway pieces (size 2 an 4) at $50-$200.  Standout pieces were knit and jersey draped dresses and tunics ($50), black basic sweater ($100), a red leather top ($500) seen on the runway, a black leather hooded blazer ($200, retails for $2,950), python flats ($100).  Stay tuned for my full report later today.

Rebecca Minkoff: 75% off handbags, apparel, shoes and more

Tibi: 70% off pieces from spring and fall. (prices are usually steep but there are gems to be found)
Location: Happy Monkey studio 346 W. 36th St.
When: Nov 14th - Nov 16th
Time: Wed (12pm-8pm), Thurs (10am - 8pm), Fri (9am-3pm)

Anna Sui: 40% to 80% off women's ready-to-wear. Samples start at just $15. Credit cards will only be accepted with a photo ID. Also, they are pretty strict about timings so make sure you have plenty of time because the word is, they close registers on the dot.

When: Monday, November 12 through Friday, November 16.
Time:  Daily 8am-9:30am, 11:30am-1:30pm, and 4pm-6pm.
