It's that time of the year again, where sample sales are pouring in. We have in line two delicious sample sales that are happening in the same week. The question is which one to go and not to go. It's easy, attend both, just have a strategic plan. Here are the details and Happy Shopping!

Do you love Diptyque candles then if you already don't know, the sample sale for this luxurious fragrance brand starts tomorrow. As the history of this sale taught us that to get there bright early to score the best candles and perfumery products. If you are unable to do so, do not fret, because I was told by one of the PR reps that they will be restocking through out the sale. Happy Shopping!
Stacey Bandet knows how to put a party into a dress. Her line Alice and Olivia are filled with beautiful party dresses that are perfect for this holiday season or any kind of parties. As I made my way through it's sample sale today, I could see all these glistening, shimmery beautiful dresses that would make any one smile in glee.
So there are two videos below that gives you an idea of what to expect. There were plentiful dresses and tops that included beaded, sequined, all sort of party dresses. The prices ranged from $69 to $199 for tops and dresses, detailed list image is below. The sample sizes were the real juicy part of the sale which was located towards the back end of the room. There were three different racks, one was priced at $29 with knits and casual tops, $49 for simple or lightly embellished party dresses and heavily embellished party dresses was for $99. There was an corner area of shoes displayed in range of sizes. It included keds, flats, heel, ankle boots and tall boots, ranging from $39 to $199. There were also sweater ($99), fur and outerwear ($299) and accessories (belts, scarves and beaded bags).
The highlight of the sale was the sample racks which were disappearing really fast and regular stock of tops and party wear dresses. If you haven't picked out an outfit for coming holiday events and parties, then this is your place. Happy shopping!!
As girls, our makeup bag is never full. With holidays around the corner, we can all use some beautiful makeup for less. If you are looking for a pair of boots with downtown cool yet uptown sophistication then look no further then Loeffler Randall who are hosting their winter sample sale at their showroom. The sale is usually up to 60% off of retail which is pretty good considering their boots usually are priced around $700 plus.

Tory Burch opened it's door today for some crazy Tory sample sale. Most women who attended this sale were interested in bags and shoes. If you are heading there for shoes, then you must know that everyone was handed a number ticket, and the number was called out which allowed you to gain access to the shoes section for 10 minutes. Prices for the shoes were as such, flats were $150, wedges, sneakers were $99, wedges were $165, booties were $200 and boots were $250. Some of the shoes were found online for high price and if you are not in for the crazy crowd today, then you should wait out for post Christmas sale at Saks and Bloomingdale's where you can find these similar styles for similar prices.
There was a large selection of handbags as well, pictured below to get an idea what to expect. There were number of racks for clothing which were less than appealing. There were cardigans, few dresses, one kind of tunics and plenty of t-shirts. If you are in for clothes, you might find something you like but nothing you will love. Happy Shopping!
Today was an epic sample sale day with DVF and Tory Burch hosting sample sales blocks from each other. This is a lowdown to what to expect on both sales.
DVF:
DVF opened its doors today for press preview. As per usual, the sale was filled with classic DVF prints, beautiful dresses and tops, everything at a very nominal price. There were also racks of accessories to be had such as ipad/iphone cases, bags, scarves, wallets, and something like a DVF signature ping pong set for $20. Calling all Marchesa fans, it's that time of the year. The Marchesa private sale is here and it start next week. To those of you are searching for a perfect holiday dress, head over to Marchesa studios for the two day sample sale. Last year, Notte by Marchesa dresses started from $100 and beautiful clutches also started at $100.
Winter is here and so are all the sales that keep us warm. Christopher Fischer, luxury cashmere designer, is holding a sample sale. The sale will include apparel for men, women baby and home accessories. Also, there will be no fitting rooms and portion of the sale will go towards the Red Cross hurricane Sandy Relief Fund.

Let’s start with Thakoon since I attended the preview and can say: they have amazing deals! Plus, there’s a large selection of merchandise. The offerings are mostly samples and runway pieces (size 2 an 4) at $50-$200. Standout pieces were knit and jersey draped dresses and tunics ($50), black basic sweater ($100), a red leather top ($500) seen on the runway, a black leather hooded blazer ($200, retails for $2,950), python flats ($100).
